Remember that any modifications to your motor vehicle allowing an increase in performance or not complying with the approval rules are strictly prohibited on public roads and reserved for private use (on circuits, tracks, etc.). We refuse to provide material and information intended for unlawful use. We offer on this site original equipment specific to the homologation characteristics of the vehicle concerned, or else equipment strictly reserved for competition.

Schedule

We answer the phone, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Being specialized in mail-order sales, our store does not allow the reception of the public. No direct sale from our premises is therefore possible. We do not ensure any permanence and do not guarantee any schedule for your reception in our store.


Orders

All orders placed before noon are dispatched the same day.
Before noon the status of your order evolves in the minutes or hours that follow. Beyond noon the status of your order remains on "Payment accepted" until the next morning. It's normal !
We make sure to have the material available in stock. You can find out the status of your order at any time by logging on to our site:
"Handed to Carrier" means that your package has been shipped. You will receive the tracking number for the package by email. It is also displayed on your online order.
"In delivery" corresponds to the transit phase of your package. You can follow the steps on the Colissimo website.
"Delivered" means that you have received your order.


Shipment

All orders placed before noon are dispatched the same day.
So Colissimo: Simple and economical transport. Ideal for most orders. You then choose the type of delivery: at home, local business or post office. A parcel number allows tracking on the colissimo.fr website.
Attention, a dispatch on Friday will be delivered on Monday and not on Saturday.


Payment

This site only offers spare parts for motorcycles and gardening which are no longer manufactured by the factory. You can therefore only order what is available in stock.
This is why we have simplified the payment phase. You are directed to pay on the Paypal site. They take care of everything, in a completely secure way. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account, you can quite pay by credit card, without registering on their site.


Statut "Erreur de paiement"

Ce statut n'apparaît que rarement et quasiment exclusivement à partir d'un paiement Paypal.
Vous avez passé une commande sur notre site et tout s'est bien passé, y compris le paiement. En fait lorsque vous payez votre achat sur notre site, vous ne payez pas, vous nous donnez l'autorisation de vous débiter jusqu'à hauteur du montant de votre commande (et cette autorisation ne dure que quelques jours). Du coup vous n'êtes pas débités tout de suite, puisque nous ne validons votre paiement que lorsque le colis est prêt à partir. Si entre temps vous avez fait un autre achat sur un autre site, qui lui vous débite instantanément, il se peut que votre solde Paypal ne soit plus suffisant au moment de payer effectivement votre achat chez nous. Et dans ce cas Paypal nous refuse le paiement, ce qui provoque, sur votre commande, le statut "Erreur de paiement".
Autre motif, le changement de montant. Lorsque vous sélectionnez Paypal comme mode de paiement, une fois sur la page de paiement vous avez la possibilité de changer le montant de votre réglement. Cette possibilité, proposée par Paypal, est à éviter absolument. Votre commande chez nous fait un certain montant, si vous validez un montant inférieur, notre confirmation provoquera fatalement une erreur de paiement.
Ce statut a pour effet d'annuler purement et simplement votre commande. Donc, si vous voulez votre matériel, vous devez passer une nouvelle commande. Vous ne serez pas débités deux fois, puisque le premier paiement nous a été refusé par Paypal (même si, sur votre compte Paypal, le premier paiement apparait toujours "en attente") et que nous ne pouvons plus revenir dessus.


Invoices

Our parcels are sent together with a Delivery Note. The invoice can be downloaded from our site.
Go to "History and details of my orders", click on the "Order reference" concerned, then in the information that has been deployed click on "Download your invoice in PDF format". This allows you to either print it or save it. For our part, invoices are saved indefinitely.


Privacy

Our site is provided with an SSL certificate. Thanks to this, in addition to guaranteeing you our identity, the communication is encrypted between you and us (https in the url of our site). Therefore, no third party or robot can capture your browsing or the information you enter on our site (username, password, address, etc.).
In addition, we undertake never to communicate, give or resell our customer file to any third party. At no time will you receive external advertising as a result of registering on our site. Your registration with us concerns only you and us!


Internet Explorer

We strongly advise against using the Internet Explorer browser. Indeed, while our entire site has been developed in compliance with current standards, we have noticed a series of malfunctions when browsing with IE. Among the most notorious: - IE displays an alert page about our SSL certificate. It warns you that you are taking risks by continuing to browse our site when, on the contrary, we have secured communication, - When you select a calibrated part (jet, needle well, etc.), it sometimes does not take into account the size you request, it then only puts the default size of the part in your basket. None of this happens with other browsers. We recommend Mozilla Firefox.


Contact us

Through this section located at the top left of our page, you access a form allowing you to write to us. We respond to all messages!
Apart from messages asking us for stickers or other advertising items, which are automatically dismissed.
Although we respond rigorously to all messages, there are, to our knowledge, 2 service providers who refuse to transmit our messages to their recipient: AOL and GMX. If your mailbox is one of these service providers, we recommend using another one, or contacting your service provider to tell them that our messages are in no way spam or phishing. We have repeatedly asked them to unblock this undeserved situation (moreover no major service providers block our messages) and we have never had any feedback. So rather than railing against us when we do respond to all messages, use another provider instead.
