You have a period of 15 days from receipt of your order to return one or more items from the said order to us.
Here are the steps of the return procedure :
- From your account, access your order history
- Select the order containing the product(s) you want to return
- Select the product(s) you want to return by checking the box next to their name(s)
- Add an explanation, to let us know whether you prefer a refund, or a Voucher if you wish to exchange it for another item
- Click on "Generate a return"
After the 15-day period, you can no longer carry out this procedure.
- Once your return has been generated, its default status is "Awaiting confirmation"
- Monitor the history of this return. When we are informed of your intention we will confirm your return, the status will then change to "Waiting for package". Then print the generated return form, attach it to the package and ship.
ATTENTION: The item(s) must be returned to us new, in perfect condition and in their packaging of origin. Take care in particular to pack your return well !
We receive the package. The status of your Return changes to "Package received".
Depending on the situation when we open the package, either the part(s) are compliant and we will respond favorably to your request (Discount voucher or refund), or they are damaged and we cannot accept your return. The status of your Return therefore changes either to 'Return complete' or to 'Return refused'.
If you chose to be refunded, you will be refunded through your original purchase transaction.
If, on the contrary, you have asked us for a reduction voucher, you will simply receive a code, to be entered of your next purchase. This code will reduce your new purchase by the amount of your return.
